The new Stafford Hospital Center, part of Medicorp, is a state-of-the-art 100 bed hospital that was built in order to better serve the residents of the Stafford area. Prior to the opening of Stafford Hospital Center, Stafford residents went to either Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg or even further - to Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge for surgery and care.
